• Strengthening Tools to Counter the Use of Human Shields Act: Imposes sanctions on groups that use human shields, as Hamas does in Gaza.
  
• End Financing For Hamas and State Sponsors of Terrorism Act: Helps cut off funding for state sponsors of terror and financing for terrorist groups Strengthening Tools.
• Iran-China Energy Sanctions Act: Sanctions Chinese financial institutions that handle transactions involving Iranian oil.
