AIPAC’s Family Leadership Initiative (FLI) is our exclusive training course for tri-state area high school students and parents or grandparents. The program is limited to 10 families and will run from September 2025 through April 2026.
Your family will graduate with concrete tools and skills to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship in your community and on your campus. Throughout the year, parents/grandparents and students will attend interactive training workshops. You’ll lobby your member of Congress, shadow AIPAC-trained college students, and learn from leading policy experts.
Each student will graduate with enhanced public speaking, advocacy and leadership skills that will stand out on their resume. Most importantly, FLI will help you make a difference and become effective pro-Israel activists together, as a family unit.
FLI is a selective program requiring candidates to submit an application and interview before being accepted.
The FLI program consists of four in-person workshops and one pro-Israel political fundraiser. Each Sunday session will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Below is the schedule for the 2025-2026 cohort.
Sunday, September 7: Our Story & What’s At Stake

Sunday, January 25: Campus, Coalitions & Campaigns
