AIPAC is an American organization with more than 6.5 million members — Democrats, Republicans, and Independents from every state and congressional district. Funded entirely by Americans, AIPAC brings citizens together around a shared purpose that a strong and secure U.S.-Israel relationship strengthens America itself and helps keep Israel safe.
AIPAC’s decisions are set by its Board of Directors — a national group of pro-Israel leaders who are all U.S. citizens and deeply committed to civic engagement and bipartisan advocacy. The Board, led by President Bernie Kaminetsky and Board Chair Michael Tuchin, meets regularly to establish the organization’s policy and political directives. AIPAC’s CEO, Elliot Brandt, leads the professional staff.
